EXPRESS

A flat rate of AU $11.95 is applied to all Domestic Orders and shipped out with Australia Post. They offer tracking!

Pick up? Sure! If you're local to our Berwick/Melbourne based studio (3806) we now offer a PICK UP option! Tick the pick up option at checkout. Once you've placed your order to be picked up, please contact Nicole at hello@nicolewestmorland.com to arrange a date a time.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

 

Items will be posted out within 2 business days of purchase

 

A flat rate of AU $20.00 is applied to all International Orders and shipped out with Australia Post.

Once shipped, your item will vary of arrival time depending on your country of residence.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We know you’ll totally love your WESTMORLAND product but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to exchange.

 

In case of a change of mind or taste mishap we are happy to exchange your item providing the item is returned clean, unworn with full labels and tags attached.

 

Received an incorrect or faulty item? Hit us up at hello@nicolewestmorland.com and we’ll get things sorted pronto!

 

We provide a full refund on faulty items.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your returned item.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Westmorland. Westmorland reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason such as product availability, unauthorised payments, or any other reason at it’s discretion. Westmorland reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions. If your order is rejected for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.
